Some of you who learn deep psychology know, many psychologists introduced the idea of “slow living” as one step to healing.
It’s understandable, because many stress, depression or even conflicts come from daily life which is full of speed. People are in a hurry everywhere.
The beautiful story from Bali, for thousand years Balinese elder have healed the island using “slow living” approach. In the villages especially, life is slower.
In the moment of ngayah (to serve the temple), Balinese are not in a hurry, they sing local beautiful song. In Balinese language is called mekidung.
As a result, many Indonesian jokingly concluded Bali stand for banyak libur. A place where there are too many holidays. It’s not completly false.
In some parts, it is true. Especially because the true holiday is peace of mind. With peace in mind, every place on earth become a place of holiday.
Consequently, peace is not a destination in the long future, but it’s a daily life experience. In short, each step to peace is peace.
If we are blessed to share the last peaceful vibration to the incoming world leaders of G20, no doubt many violence and conflict can be reduced.
Welcome to Bali world leaders of G20. It is such an honour to share the peaceful vibration of Bali island to all of you. May all beings are happy…
